Just yesterday my little boy slept 18+ hours a day.
Just yesterday my little boy was Mr. Wobbly head.
Just yesterday my little boy's cry was a squeak.
Just yesterday my little boy had his nourishment provided solely by me.
Just yesterday my little boy was tiny and picking him up was effortless.
But the yesterdays have past and we are in today and there are a bunch of tomorrows ahead.
Today my little boy sleeps through the night but is ready to go by 6 am and usually only takes one nap.
Today my little boy not only holds his head steady but he rolls over, he scoots, he jumps like crazy in his jumper, and he is just a few tomorrows from sitting up on his own with no support.
Today my little boy lets out quite a cry. He cries when I walk away and he cries when something is just out of reach. One of these tomorrows his cry will be replaced by words.
Today my little boy not only eats his boobie milk but he eats peas, carrots, rice, oatmeal, squash, sweet potatoes, bananas and bread. And that menu is growing!!!
Today my little boy is not effortless in picking up, matter of fact he gives his momma quite a workout!!
The tomorrows are going to bring so much. Talking, walking, and just pure amazement.
That is what I feel when I look at my little boy. Utter amazement. John and I helped create him. We are a part of him and he is becoming such his own little person.
Yesterday, today and tomorrow I love him!
I am not able to give you a fun and exciting peek into his 6 month old well baby because I did not attend. Daddy took him to the appointment. And from what I am told he did great!! Below the pic is his stats as of late.
Length: 25 1/2 inches (25th %)
Weight: 15 lbs. 7 1/2 oz. (25th %)
Head: 17 1/2 inches (90th %)
So here is to our tomorrows!!
